"Arnold Transit Company offers such a smooth and scenic ride to Mackinac Island! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire boarding process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their attention to detail with luggage and bikes. the boat itself was clean and comfortable. What makes Arnold stand out is its relaxed, classic vibe—it feels like part of the Mackinac Island experience itself, not just a way to get there. Prices are reasonable, and the crossing is peaceful and enjoyable. Highly recommend Arnold Transit if you’re looking for excellent service and a memorable trip! The wait for the ferry was about 30 min. The ride itself is also 30 min. Overall it was great. Do check them out."

"The ferry ride was really good! It was not only comfortable but also very affordable. They charged just $22 for a round trip, while most other ferries cost over $30. Even though it was cheaper, the experience was smooth, enjoyable, and definitely worth it. Great value for money!"

"The boat is very clean and the ride is very relaxing. I just didn't think they should charge such an outrageous rate for the boat ride. Is one would go down at least a little in price the others would follow. We've always enjoyed the island, but not sure we would do the boat ride and island again."
